KCCA Netball Club got off the mark at the ongoing East Africa Netball Championship at the Kamwokya Sports Center in Kampala.
They beat Uganda’s UPDF NC 67-24 in a dominant show they led from start to finish
But it was new signing Hanisha Muhammad that stood out for KCCA after the former UCU player scored 42 goals on her debut.
It’s very unfortunate I have not trained for a long time with the team but I think I played my best, of course the players are very consistent I will say for the whole game, a few flaws in my game but I think I did my best,” Hanisha said after the game.
“UCU is an amazing institution but when you look at KCCA at how they are structured, the players how intentional they are; you can tell that they are a good side and am looking forward to improving my game and help the team because they have particular goals they want to achieve.”
