Uganda Cranes vice captain Khalid Aucho has been dragged to the legal offices by an ex lover of his.
A one Somaiyah Kagbilu known as Sumi sued the Yanga FC midfielder.
She accuses him on denying her access to see their daughter.
The two are said to have dated and sired a child together.
However, their relationship was cut short due to a number of reasons.
Aucho later on took the child away from Sumi because he was told that she used to go partying hard in the night almost everyday and leaving the child alone in the house.
After taking the baby, Aucho set very tough and strict conditions for her to see the child.
She however filed her case as domestic violence at CPS Kampala.
The former Simba SC footballer recently signed a 2 year mouth watering contract with Young Africans FC.
He was one of the key figures as the club won the league title last season.
