Kawempe North Member of Parliament Hon Muhammad Ssegirinya has explained the torture in prison.
He said he now knows how every slap of each police man feels like because he has seen everything.
Ssegirinya and Allan Ssewanyana were arrested 2021. They were accused of killing Masaka people with machete in that same year.
However without any clear proof, Ssegirinya and Ssewanyana spend 16 months behind bars and were released this month.
Upon their release, all these legislatures were very sick and their families immediately took them to hospital to get treatment.
In a trending video, Ssegirinya revealed that it was a lot in prison and according to what he went through he can easily differentiate how different security people punish.
He said without looking, he can easily say that someone punishing him is from some security organization.
