Kenyan popular comedian Eric Omondi was yesterday arrested after he took to streets to protest the high cost of living in the East African country.
Omondi who was with other youths were only dressed in their pajamas and without shirts.
The comedian can be seen being violently dragged amd pulled from the crowd by security officers.
These continue to drag him across the streets whilst handcuffing him.
Tear gas is then fired into the crowd before Omondi is whisked away to a military truck waiting.
On reaching there, Omondi can be seen getting bundled onto it like a chicken thug.
The officers who had come to initiate the arrest then climb onto it and drive him away.
This is not the first time Omondi is protesting against the high cost of living in Kenya.
He’s however one of the people who strongly supported William Ruto’s rise to power and thought things would at least change which hasn’t been possible.
