The legendary and East Africa’s finest Dr Jose Chameleone finally saw his much awaited Gwanga Mujje concert go on successfully uninterrupted yesterday.
A number of celebrities finally pulled through to celebrate and support the singer.
Some of these included some of those who have been part of Jose Chameleone’s music journey from way back the late 90’s and early 2000’s.
Some of these included Bebe Cool, Mesach Ssemakula, MC Kats among others.
Before the concert, Bebe Cool had called on Firebase and NUP boss, Bobi Wine to come and grace the show because Chameleone has been there for them.
Bobi Wine was however no where to be seen at Lugogo Cricket Oval.
But as they say that ‘I will be with you in spirit’, the Katala singer was indeed there virtually for Chameleone.
A screenshot making rounds on social media shows that Bobi Wine actually watched the show online on Sanyuka TV.
Firebase’s Zex Bilangilangi was even at the show and went ahead to sing.
Maybe Bobi Wine didn’t want to be noticed physically but decided to attend online to either show solidarity or see if the rain he said is a blessing falls again.
