In Uganda, Easter didn’t leave so many people the same. The prison officer was also caught in the moment as he tried to enjoy himself.
In any country, someone is not allowed to be in office drunk or even put on uniform work while in that state.
But in Uganda, the prison officer who is not identified by name doesn’t tahe work seriously as he was too much drunk and even struggling to walk at the moment.
The video has been making rounds on social and people have been reposting it showing how the the security offices are abused by the officers.
Actions haven’t been taken upon this officer.
